Describe how you first got interested in snowboarding: I was a skate rat ever since I was 7yrs old so snowboarding seemed like the thing to do when winter rolled around. My Brothers and I got some Blacksnow Mogul monsters and never turned back!

What keeps you snowboarding today? Just having fun with my friends shredding all year and learning new things. It doesn't matter if we are filming, competing or just riding having fun is our main focus.

What do you get up to when you aren't snowboarding? I like to spend time with my girl in the city.I like to go dirt biking or surfing when we can get away for a few days.

Describe the perfect day:
Winter:
Wake up early go sledding with the GLC boys get some shots in the pow come home in one piece, hit the hot tub, crack a beer cook a steak and fall asleep on the couch watching a movie with my girl.
Summer:
Wake up go and shred the glacier at the Camp of Champions come down hit the beach at Rainbow, go for a dirt bike early evening, fire up the bbq, hit the hot tub and then out for a pop with my friends.

Have you had any injuries or situations that have made you re-think your lifestyle?I have had lots of injuries that have made me bummed but you always bounce back to shred again. Big slides in the backcountry make me think more but that is all part of learning and playing back there.

Contests and freeriding. Describe likes and dislikes of both:
Contests are super fun you get to push your riding and try new things, they help me learn to be more consisted and you get to meet new people every event. The down side is the whole competitive part you get down if you suck and some events if not run well make riding no fun.
Freeriding- There is only good in this really, you get to just kill it with your friends, ride pow and have a good time no pressure. I guess the only down side is if you get too mellow and stop pushing and progressing your riding because you just busy burning laps taking it easy.

What keeps you snowboarding today? Not too sure really, but I may be on the island shredding the snow and surf or trying to take over the planet, who knows?
